When I first became involved in the recruiting industry on a full time basis back in Sept. 2007 I sensed this industry was a very good fit for me as I view it as a people helping people industry. After all I have spent the last 25+ years building relationships, building businesses, dealer training and building sales networks in Canada and the US and one of the things that I pride myself in the most is building long term relationships.
So with much excitement I headed out the door to start making calls and building relationships within the recruiting industry and then I was hit with the question …… a question I was not really prepared for …… a question at the time I did not have an answer for………..
Are you just another recruiter?
It took a while to gain some experience in the industry to the find the answer to the question and for the purpose of starting Summit Global Recruiting. My intention is not to be just another recruiter and Summit Global Recruiting is not going to be just another recruiting firm.
